The Cottage

• Single-storey detached holiday cottage.

• Private driveway with parking next to the property.

• Accommodation is arranged on one level once inside.

• Walk-in shower (no bath).

• Enclosed garden with seating area.

Please be aware

While the cottage is all on one level, there are a few small steps and it may not be suitable for guests with more limited mobility.

There is a small (approx 2 inch) step into the porch.

Accessibility and Fire Safety

Cherry Tree Cottage is a single-storey property and is suitable for many guests who prefer accommodation without stairs. However, to ensure we are open and transparent, we'd like to make you aware of one important point regarding fire safety.

The bedrooms are located on the ground floor. In the unlikely event that the main escape route is blocked by fire, the bedroom windows may need to be used as an alternative means of escape.

For this reason, the cottage may not be suitable for guests whose mobility would prevent them from using a window as an emergency escape route.
